Fantastic place. Ideal for spending any amount of time working on the laptop. Atmosphere is really nice, and is setup with nice setting area on the 2nd floor where there are many small tables which is ideal for doing some work. Spent just €4.5 for a regular cappuccino and a plain croissant. Worked without interruption for ~4 hours. Highly recommended 😊

The service is warm, and efficient, which makes spending hours here an absolute pleasure. The coffee was good, there are refreshing variety of smoothies and milkshakes too.

Way too crowded but delicious. This is our go to coffee shop but we often end up going to alternate locations because there is not one available seat. Many in there are not buying things and we want to spend but also want to sit. Not sure how this business model works out for them but the atmosphere is special. Board games are available too. Very clean.

The best study café in Toulouse. You can sit there for hours and study and nobody would bother you. You would have no problem to charge your laptop or iPad or telephone there are electric pockets everywhere. The service is very nice. They bring you your food and coffee after you order. there’s the second floor the music is very nice it’s very light and cozy. It does not bother you. it can get a little bit crowded, but the crowd doesn’t bother you because everyone is either studying or working so that the whole place feels very cosy to study/work. Really cool study spot in Capitole! They speak some English so no worries if you dont speak French like me. Staff is really nice and the coffee is really yummy. Good vibes 😎

Came across Ras la Tasse while wandering the streets of Toulouse on a VERY cold day. We had a BIG cup of hot chocolate and a yummy cinnamon roll that had hints of gingerbread? We would come back here anyday! So glad we stumbled upon it and could enjoy the warm and cozy loft with our hot chocolate

The weird thing is the rather high surcharge for a different type of milk than the classic one. Anyway, the option is there, and it's ok. Only place we have come across in Southern France that grinds the coffee fresh to use in the coffee machines. Everywhere else uses pre-ground in pods and sachets.. And you can tell the difference in the quality of the coffee produced.

My favourite study cafe in Toulouse.The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are welcoming, and the wifi connection is good. There are lots of places to charge your devices. Food and drinks are brought to your table and there is lots of seating on the main floor and up in the loft area. Everyone is there to either study or work and you never feel pressured to leave.

I would recommend it for remote work and I was pleasantly surprised that it was easy to find a spot to sit and work mid-day on a Monday.
